Workday Project Manager – ERP Transformation 

Northampton – 4 days onsite per week

Immediate start – contract through end of 2025, with probable extension

We’re looking for an experienced Workday Project Manager to lead critical streams in a high-profile enterprise transformation programme.

Role:

• Workday Programme – Manage Data Migration, Integrations, Reporting ahead of a November go-live.

• Depot Service Stream – Lead SAP manufacturing solution improvements, peak trading readiness, and real-time integration with aftersales partners.

Essential skills:

• 5+ years’ project delivery in Workday or major ERP/HRIS programmes.

• PM qualification (Prince2/PMP/Agile) preferred.

• Supply Chain, Service, or HR domain experience.

• Expert in MS Project Professional (ideally connected to Project Online).

• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and budget control skills.
