Key Responsibilities:

  •  Lead and mentor a team of .NET engineers, balancing hands-on technical expertise with leadership.
  •  Collaborate with Solution Architects, Product Owners, DevOps, and QA to drive new product features.
  •  Contribute to architecture, technical design, and development best practices.
  •  Ensure secure, scalable, and efficient software delivery.
  •  Identify and implement process improvements to optimize development workflows.
  •  Hire and onboard new team members to scale engineering capabilities.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 10+ years of experience in Microsoft development technologies (.NET, SQL Server).
  • Strong knowledge of asynchronous, multi-threaded, and parallel programming.
  • Expertise in code refactoring, optimization, and scalable architecture.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
  • Ability to analyze and manage technical debt while driving improvements.
  • A problem-solving mindset with a focus on practical, effective solutions.
  • Experience in technical roadmaps & business case preparation.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Cloud migration experience (AWS preferred).
  • Familiarity with PCI DSS Level 1 compliance.
  • Payments industry experience is a plus!
