This one is about maintaining momentum.
We're supporting a major UK organisation who are in the middle of a number of business critical SAP programmes and need an experienced SAP Project Manager to step into a live environment, take ownership from day one and keep delivery moving.
The projects are already underway.
The stakeholders are engaged.
The deadlines aren't moving.
What they need is someone who has done this before.
Someone who can quickly understand the landscape, build credibility with senior stakeholders, manage competing priorities and ensure delivery remains on track throughout a critical transition period.
What You'll Be Doing.
You'll take ownership of a portfolio of live SAP initiatives covering migration, integration and transformation activity.
Working across business and technology teams, you'll be responsible for driving delivery, managing risks and dependencies, coordinating suppliers and ensuring stakeholders remain aligned throughout.
This is a highly visible role where you'll be trusted to make decisions, challenge where necessary and keep programmes moving forward.
What We're Looking For.
We're specifically interested in speaking with experienced contract Project Managers who can demonstrate:
• Strong SAP project delivery experience
• A track record of delivering complex transformation programmes
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills
• Experience managing third party suppliers and implementation partners
• The ability to navigate challenging, fast moving environments
• Strong governance, planning, reporting and risk management capability
• A history of successful contract assignments within large organisations
The Non Negotiables
• Available immediately or at very short notice
• Proven SAP Project Management experience
• Strong contract background
• Able to work on site in Northampton four days per week
