What You Will Own
Product Strategy & Vision
- Define and execute a multi-year product strategy across a portfolio of enterprise SaaS platforms
- Translate complex business challenges into scalable, product-led solutions
- Own roadmap prioritisation aligned to commercial outcomes, customer value, and platform scalability
Data & Intelligent Product Capability
- Drive the evolution of data as a product, not just a function
- Embed data-driven decisioning, analytics, and AI capabilities directly into customer-facing and operational products
- Oversee the development of decision engines, predictive models, and intelligent workflows that enhance product value
Platform & Product Leadership
- Lead cross-functional teams spanning Product, Data, Engineering, and AI/ML disciplines
- Introduce and embed product management best practices, including OKRs, product metrics, and experimentation frameworks
- Build a culture focused on outcomes, not output
Commercial Ownership
- Identify and unlock new revenue opportunities through product innovation and data capability
- Contribute to pricing strategy, product positioning, and commercial performance
