  • In-depth Technical Expertise: Strong experience in software engineering, particularly in .NET, AWS, and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform).
  • System Design: You have designed and delivered scalable, resilient, and secure systems in the past and know what it takes to make them successful.
  • Event-Driven Architecture: You’re comfortable with both SQL and NoSQL databases, and you have a deep understanding of event-driven architectures.
  • Collaborative Leadership: You believe in empowering your team and bringing fresh ideas to the table to solve problems creatively.
  • Results-Oriented: You know how to deliver tangible business value, always with an eye on minimising risk and maximising impact.

The Ideal Candidate:
You’re the kind of leader who thrives on challenging the norm and delivering innovative solutions. Your expertise in AWS will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of this platform, and your ability to inspire and motivate your team will be key to achieving exceptional results.
