The Opportunity

As a Lead Engineer, you’ll take ownership of a mission-critical logistics platform — a sophisticated marketplace used by thousands of partners and service providers every day. You’ll lead a talented team of engineers and QAs, setting the technical vision, delivering high-performance cloud solutions, and driving engineering excellence throughout.

You’ll be hands-on: designing, coding, mentoring, and shaping architecture for large-scale distributed systems built on .NET, Azure, React, and modern cloud-native technologies. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of engineers, embedding a culture of innovation, quality, and delivery excellence.

• Define and execute the technical roadmap in collaboration with product and architecture teams.

• Deliver scalable, high-performing systems built with .NET, Azure, and modern front-end frameworks.

• Architect event-driven, microservice-based solutions capable of handling enterprise-level data throughput.

• Champion cloud-native engineering, CI/CD automation, and secure-by-design principles.

• Mentor and develop engineers through code reviews, technical sessions, and collaborative problem-solving.

• Work closely with stakeholders across product, UX, and delivery to ensure alignment and maximum business impact.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience leading engineering teams within agile, fast-paced environments.

• Deep hands-on knowledge of C#, .NET (Core/8), Azure Cloud Services, and SQL.

• Strong understanding of event-driven and distributed system design.

• Exposure to front-end technologies such as React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript.

• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines (ideally GitHub Actions).

• A genuine passion for scalable architecture, automation, and engineering best practice.

• The ability to balance technical leadership with hands-on delivery and mentoring.
