Alongside the CIO, you will help design and own the long-term IT strategy and roadmap and will be hands on in the delivery and ongoing development of the IT plan, driving business improvements through optimising processes and information flow across the organisation. We expect the occupier of this role to enable us to stay ahead of our growth requirements rather than be reactive.

What are we looking for?
We are looking for a hands-on Head of IT or IT Infrastructure Manager with a solid understanding of core IT operations and infrastructure. You will be of degree calibre, with experience in an IT leadership role.
You will have managed change and delivered measurable process improvements. You must display strong management skills, hands-on approach and straightforward communication.
