Location: Kensington, London (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to £70,000 + £10,000 On-Call Allowance + Benefits

Your Role:

• Respond to and resolve user queries efficiently.
• Troubleshoot and analyse application issues to find root causes.
• Collaborate with DevOps, development, and third-party teams.
• Own release and change processes while keeping documentation up to date.
• Stay ahead with IT security policies and contribute to out-of-hours support.

What You’ll Need:

• Essential: 2+ years in application support, scripting/programming experience, Oracle/MySQL.
• Desirable: Linux/UNIX command-line, load balancers, AWS, CDN (e.g., Akamai), WordPress CLI, and monitoring tools like Zabbix.

Shift Pattern:
Rotating schedule, including hybrid work and one week of on-call support every four weeks. one in four weeks on-call.
