What You'll Do:

• Be the big cheese in charge of the amazing team of software wizards. You'll be their guiding light, helping them shine brighter than ever!
• Plot your course through the tech wilderness by crafting and executing our software development roadmap. Think of it as your very own treasure map to success!
• Make your software dreams come true by leading from the front and driving innovation at every turn.
• Team up with other cool cats like product managers, designers, and quality assurance folks to cook up software solutions that'll knock our clients' socks off!
• Keep your finger on the tech pulse by staying up-to-date with all the latest trends and tools. After all, we're all about being ahead of the curve!

What You Bring to the Table:

• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or something equally cool.
• A history of kicking butt and taking names in software engineering leadership roles. Show us what you've got!
• Mad skills in C#,.Net or JavaScript. Bonus points if you can speak all three!
• A brain packed full of software development know-how, from Agile to DevOps and everything in between.
• The gift of gab! We need someone who can chat with anyone, from the newest recruit to the top brass.
• A knack for solving problems and a strategic mind to boot. We're all about the big picture here!
