Job Title: Head of Software Development - Fintech

Salary: £100,000 - £110,000 per annum

Only candidates with a background in Fintech and strong expertise in .Net and ASP.net will be considered.

Role Overview:

As the Head of Software Development, you will lead the technical initiatives, driving innovation and excellence within the development team. This pivotal role requires a seasoned professional with a solid background in fintech, particularly in .Net and ASP.net.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and inspire a talented team of Software Developers.

Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance their software products and platforms, with a focus on .Net and ASP.net technologies.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align technical initiatives with business objectives.

Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Drive continuous improvement in development processes and methodologies.

Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, integrating them into our roadmap where applicable.

Requirements:

Proven track record in Software Development leadership roles within the Fintech sector, with extensive experience in .Net and ASP.net technologies.

Strong understanding of financial systems and technologies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
