It’s a great time to be joining this business due to its immense growth and popularity – being the “first place to go” within its industry, they have catapulted through a radical digital transformation allowing for endless opportunity moving forward.

 

 

They are now looking for an experienced Digital IT Project Manger to join an extremely busy Digital Programme Delivery Team based in Northamptonshire on a hybrid working model.

This role will pay anything up to £65k + benefits.

 

As the successful Digital Project Manager you will be expected to demonstrate Project Management expertise through both managing and controlling Business critical projects and coordinating people and processes to support delivery to the required project quality, within cost and time constraints.

 

To be successful in this Digital Project Manager role, you will need to have a very strong mixture of the following skills and experience:

  • Up to date Project Management qualification (APM PMQ, APM PPQ, PRINCE2 Practitioner and/or PMI PMP)
  • Experience using Azure DevOps or similar (i.e. Jira or Confluence)
  • You’re able to demonstrate a strong understanding of Project Management practices including project planning, risk and issue management, stakeholder management, change management, different methodologies, and project budget management processes
  • Proven track record of multiple successful deliveries of complex/cross-functional projects, using different methodologies.
  • A strong knowledge of Agile, gained from experience within an organisation that has adopted these practices – A Scaled Agile (SAFe) qualification (i.e. Leading SAFe, SAFe Scrum Master, SAFe RTE) would be GREAT!

 

Some key responsibilities and accountabilities for this Digital Project Manager role will be (but not limited to):

  • Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables and ensure coordination across stakeholders to align to all agreed objectives
  • Key outputs will include Lean Business Case, PID, Stakeholder Matrix and Communication Plan, Roles & Responsibilities and Budget forecasts
  • Produce high standard and realistic project plans, high quality project documentation and appropriate level of governance across all projects.

 

For the right person, this role could pay anything up to £60,000 per annum, plus a great benefits package including a company bonus and enhanced pension, as well as exceptional Reward and Recognition events!
